SimplyDo does OpenID now. No cumbersome registering required anymore. Just sign in. And it works for existing users, too. Just go to your account and make the switch. We have moved over to a new host so things should be running a lot smother now. And we have used the opportunity to also roll out a nice update: SimplyDo does tagging now! Go tag away.

February 9, 2008 by alexLooks like our hosting provider is not really equipped to run rails (or to run it well) . Our first upgrade attempt broke something. After fighting the wind mills for way to long we have decided to fold for the day and instead move to another server asap.Guess we’ll have to use paper to manage our to-dos for another day. Sorry!

A good idea (we hope), some 15 hours of coding and pixel pushing, a bit of swearing, a lot of learning and determination (plus a few beers) got us launched in only one day. And we think we have managed a very decent 0.1 release with a nice domain to boot.
Simplydo.com - a to do tool with zero bells and whistles, just like one you might make out of a piece of paper. And while we will remain true to that vision we got loads of exciting ideas for the future, too.Take it for a spin – we are looking forward to your comments.
